Our bison porterhouse steak is a perfect merging of our bison strip steak and our prized bison filet mignon tenderloin. One side of the bone is a massive bison strip steak, and the other side is a tender bison filet mignon. These steaks are exceptionally tender, juicy, and have outstanding flavor. The Porterhouse tastes best with a little olive oil, some salt, and pepper. Sear on both sides, and then cook to your desired tenderness.
Can’t decide if you want a strip steak or a filet mignon? Get a bison porterhouse and have both. Our porterhouse steaks have a larger portion of the bison filet mignon than our T-Bone steaks.
