Honey Lemon Sliced Biltong

We’re all familiar with the age-old combo of Honey & Lemon, so I asked myself why not as a jerky? The more I thought about it the more it made sense. Honey is a natural preservative, like amber, and the acidity of lemons helps tenderise and partially cook the meat before drying. Savoury, sweet and tangy… simple at its core but quite a bold unique flavour on beef. Naturally sweetened with locally sourced honey and tenderised with homegrown lemons, treat yourself to our thinly sliced, tender Honey Lemon Biltong!
